Branding Your Business With Images

October 4, 2013 by sophiezo 2 Comments

Branding your business is one of the best ways to grow. People will remember your business each time they see your website, images, or logo. You can brand your business through many different techniques, but one of the best ways is to use images on social media sites like Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest. You can also use these same images for flyers and postcards.

There are many different ways you can create images to brand your business. One thing you must do is stay consistent with what you do or the brand won’t be there for others to see and remember. Color, format, and font are just a few of the things you need to stay consistent with when it comes to images.

One thing you need to do is always add your website to your images. This will help others to know these are your images. This will help when others share your images through Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest. They’ll see your website and go to see what you offer and how the image is related to your business.

You can create images with quotes or sayings that are in line with your business. These need to be short because you don’t want the font to be too small to read. It’s also important to choose the right color of font so the people reading your image don’t have to struggle to read it or miss a word that could change the meaning or make your business look bad.

    Hi Sophie!
Do you have any suggestions for how to add quotes to images? Is there a particular program that you use to do this? I would love some tips.

      Hello Janice,

Thank you for your questions. I am using Photoshop to make my images. There are many programs out there. Some of them are free and some are not. I have the entire Adobe Suite of products for many areas of my business. I highly recommend it whether you buy Photoshop along or their entire suite of products.
