We are excited to announce that effective immediately, SophieZo Virtually There For You is making a fundamental, positive change to our business.
Going forward, our mission will be to provide clients with superlative online business management services. Virtual assistant services will end.
Some of you may have questions: What is online business management? How does it differ from online virtual assistance? Do I need it?
To begin with, the very basic difference between an OBM and a VA is the level of responsibility. An OBM is a manager who is tasked with supervising your team members, your business operations, finances, and planning.
An OBM has the experience and knowledge to provide a level of management that enables business owners to let go of the daily operations and management stresses that prevent you from focusing on your own mission. A VA handles many of the details, but doesn’t supervise anything or anyone.
For example, let’s say you are a life coach. An OBM might take over for you managing your monthly income and expense monitoring, your marketing metrics, and your monthly and annual business planning. By comparison, a VA would handle your schedule planning, set up an online shopping cart, or send emails to your clients.
