SophieZo Virtually There For You

Your Virtual Assistant Can Be Your Motivator and Daily Butt Kicker

August 10, 2010 by sophiezo 3 Comments

Are there days you don’t feel motivated to take care of your business? Do you get stuck in a rut and need help pulling yourself together? Do you wish you had someone to consistently kick your butt into gear? Guess what? Your Virtual Assistant can do that even if you have a mentor, coach or belong to a master mind group.

Many business owners go through periods of disorganization, disenchantment and downright laziness. There really isn’t anything wrong with that. It is a part of the cycle of life. You can experience those feelings in any area of your life. Sometimes you just need someone there to hash it out and get the stuck unstuck.

If you find your mentor, coach or master mind group unavailable on short notice, you can call your Virtual Assistant. Even better, you can plan a weekly call with your VA to help get you through it and perhaps prevent some of this in the first place.

Some people need to have a person there for them to tell it to them straight. If this is something you need, talk to your Virtual Assistant. I have always been a straight shooter. I don’t have any problems kicking anyone into gear. If someone needs a boost in confidence, motivation or a plain old kick in the pants, I’m there. It can be a part of planning, brainstorming or whatever you need to keep you on track and focused on your goals.

Don’t let occasional laziness, busyness or even fear get in your way. Take time to talk it out with your Virtual Assistant on a regular basis. Let your VA help you get your butt back in gear and get it done so you can move onto the fun stuff.

This really proves the vitality of virtual assistants to a busiess. Apart from the smooth running of a business they can also help entreprenuars to overcome their issues at business. This is really a big boon.

Thank you for commenting on my post. You are so right. There are so many ways a VA can help entrepreneurs. It’s a win-win situation for everyone.

GREAT article! I run into this fairly often with one client I have, but she is AWESOME! Just needs me to be there and give her a swift kick! We work so well together that she knows when I start to talk its time to get serious and put all things aside.

We’ve been working with Sophie Zollmann for almost half a year now, building an online lifelong learning platform and community from the ground up (because in-person classes became impossible in light of the corona virus). Sophie has guided every technical aspect of this enterprise including the construction of landing-pages and websites, the management of mailing lists and revenue funnels, setting up Zoom meetings, etc., allowing us to focus exclusively on content production and marketing. This platform is now off the ground and succeeding beyond our wildest hopes.

We couldn’t have built it without Sophie’s support, which has always been prompt and timely, and her guidance, as she’s always pointed us to the most efficient and economical solutions to whatever technical issue we’ve faced. In the heat of the moment, I’m sure we’ve not always been easy to work with, but Sophie has also been generous and understanding to a fault. In sum, her support has been flawless and absolutely essential to the success of our online enterprise. We will be relying on her services again as we ramp up for our next phase of growth.
