Many entrepreneurs have coaches, mentors and mastermind groups to help them grow their business. Part of the coaching and mastermind process includes accountability. However, many people find that is not enough. What most people don’t realize is that they can have an accountability partner every day if they so choose. How is that? A Virtual Assistant or Online Business Manager can be their personal accountability partner as often as they need it.
By hiring a Virtual Assistant or OBM, they can have someone to keep them on track and focused on what they need to do all the time. Your VA or OBM can discuss the projects you need to get done. A plan of action with deadlines can be set up. Then your VA or OBM can follow up via email and phone on a regular basis to be sure you get your part done.
Another way your Virtual Assistant or Online Business Manager can help with accountability is by making sure you’re not doing tasks that others can do. They can help you determine what you must do and then take care of the rest themselves or delegate it to others on your/their team. The entire process will be managed by someone else. You can focus on what you have to do and let the rest be done by others.
If you’re in need of more accountability in order to get more done faster and more efficiently, talk to a Virtual Assistant or Online Business Manager today. They can help you stay focused on doing what you do best while making sure the rest is taken care of by others better suited for those tasks.
I am learning more and more about virtual assistants. Thanks for this. I do have a question for you: What are the differences between a VA and a personal assistant?

Hi Beverly! Thank you for commenting on my post. There is a lot of differing opinions on the difference between a personal assistant and a VA. Usually, the PA is an employee who manages your calendar, your phone and runs errands. There are virtual PAs who do the same from a distance and are not employees. Many people equate the PA to a secretary and a VA is more of an executive assistant or office manager. A VA does more with the actual “back end” of the business for you in most cases and is an independent contractor. There are times where the role of the VA and PA become one. It just depends on what services each offers. I hope that helps. Let me know if you have any other questions.
