2 Suggestions For Using A Virtual Assistant To Help With Your Newsletter

October 19, 2012 by sophiezo Leave a Comment

A newsletter is an important part of your business. It gives you the ability to place your business in front of your market regularly and share what you offer with them. When you share your business with your readers and you show them how you can help them reach success or solve problems, they’ll remember you when they need what you offer.

There are two things that are sure to destroy your newsletter. If you don’t fix these two problems, you’ll quickly see the effects of them and wish you would have never done them with your newsletter.

The first thing that’ll destroy your newsletter is to not send it out regularly. It’s best to send your newsletter out weekly, but if you can’t make that happen you need to do it at least once a month. If you struggle to send it out you need to hire a Virtual Assistant to help you send it out.

Your Virtual Assistant will be able to help you by writing content for it or adding the content you send her and then she can schedule it for you. When you utilize her to do these tasks your newsletter will be the best it can be and you won’t have to worry about finding time to do it yourself.

The content for your newsletter is something else that can destroy it. If you don’t have original and new content for each issue, your subscribers will be bored with your newsletter and either stop reading it or they’ll unsubscribe. Either way, it’s not good, so it’s best to keep it fresh and new every time.

If you find you’re either struggling to come up with content, you don’t send your newsletter out regularly, or you use the same old information time after time, you need a Virtual Assistant to help you. Your Virtual Assistant can help you keep your newsletter fresh and new each time.

The best thing to do to prevent the need for old content to be used in your newsletter is to have your Virtual Assistant do research to see what your market needs and is currently reading. This research will give you content for articles and other sections of your newsletter. It’s the perfect way to keep your newsletter content fresh and new.

When you use a Virtual Assistant to help you with your newsletter you’ll find it’ll be better than it ever was before. It’ll go out on time each time you send it out and the content will always be new, which will bring in more people interested in what you offer and that’ll help grow your business.

We’ve been working with Sophie Zollmann for almost half a year now, building an online lifelong learning platform and community from the ground up (because in-person classes became impossible in light of the corona virus). Sophie has guided every technical aspect of this enterprise including the construction of landing-pages and websites, the management of mailing lists and revenue funnels, setting up Zoom meetings, etc., allowing us to focus exclusively on content production and marketing. This platform is now off the ground and succeeding beyond our wildest hopes.

We couldn’t have built it without Sophie’s support, which has always been prompt and timely, and her guidance, as she’s always pointed us to the most efficient and economical solutions to whatever technical issue we’ve faced. In the heat of the moment, I’m sure we’ve not always been easy to work with, but Sophie has also been generous and understanding to a fault. In sum, her support has been flawless and absolutely essential to the success of our online enterprise. We will be relying on her services again as we ramp up for our next phase of growth.
