SophieZo Virtually There For You

Dealing With Difficult People

October 9, 2015 by sophiezo Leave a Comment

Let’s say you’ve got a big project you’re working on and you have to work with several different people, some of whom aren’t the easiest to deal with. Maybe one person takes changes as personal criticism, another person is always – and I mean ALWAYS – right. And another person is just phoning it in rather than committing to the work. Let’s say it together: it’s so hard to find good help these days.

But I have good news for you. You CAN find good help, and without the drama.

Your marketing copy can get written without the prima-donna antics. Your graphics can wow without the grumpy resistance to change. Your transcription can be delivered without incessant questions. Your website can get updated without having to breathe down your web manager’s neck.

There IS a better solution. Want to know what it is?

Get a middleman. Or woman!

That’s right. You can get someone to be a barrier between you and anyone who gives you grief. A virtual assistant is that someone. She can wrangle the personalities, the time zone changes, the quibbles, and the headaches you might otherwise have to deal with if you’re managing your team or a group of vendors on your own.

Don’t waste your time herding cats

Chances are good that you’re not a project manager, you don’t want to be one, and you feel like chasing other people down and walking on eggshells around sensitive personalities is a waste of your time. You’re right!

You should be using your time constructively, focusing on your business, and bringing in new clients, not arguing about fonts or paperwork. With a virtual assistant managing all those “difficult people,” you are free to:

  • Focus on work you actually enjoy
  • Experience less stress and frustration
  • Stop having to track people down
  • Work on the real core of your business
  • Know that everything is getting done the way YOU want it
  • Enjoy more personal time

A virtual assistant is the one person you need to bring in to manage all of this for you. And don’t forget, one great benefit to a VA is that she isn’t a full-time employee. You only have to pay for the hours she’s working for you, and not any overhead or benefits. You get exactly what you need in the most efficient way. Why not do yourself a favor and hire a great one?

Just contact me for the help you need today!

We’ve been working with Sophie Zollmann for almost half a year now, building an online lifelong learning platform and community from the ground up (because in-person classes became impossible in light of the corona virus). Sophie has guided every technical aspect of this enterprise including the construction of landing-pages and websites, the management of mailing lists and revenue funnels, setting up Zoom meetings, etc., allowing us to focus exclusively on content production and marketing. This platform is now off the ground and succeeding beyond our wildest hopes.

We couldn’t have built it without Sophie’s support, which has always been prompt and timely, and her guidance, as she’s always pointed us to the most efficient and economical solutions to whatever technical issue we’ve faced. In the heat of the moment, I’m sure we’ve not always been easy to work with, but Sophie has also been generous and understanding to a fault. In sum, her support has been flawless and absolutely essential to the success of our online enterprise. We will be relying on her services again as we ramp up for our next phase of growth.
