- Don’t dwell on mistakes- learn from them and move on
- Be flexible when plans change, or things don’t go as expected
- Be your own cheerleader- believe in yourself, your ideas and your worth
- Practice positive thinking by practicing gratitude, and acknowledging your accomplishments
- Banish negativity and don’t bully yourself with negative self-talk
