If there’s one thing I’ve learned about growing your business to 7-figures and beyond, it’s this:

Scaling your business is scary AF.

It’s a HUGE leap of faith that takes time and money, and there are no guarantees that it will work. But here’s the thing, without that leap of faith, you will never reach the next level of success.

So, while I can’t promise you absolute certainty, I can give you some tips that take the fear out of growing your business.

1. Look at Your Numbers
   
   If you’re not clear on the financial aspect of your business, you are not going to be prepared to take on the additional expenses of hiring, building out your team, and extra costs of running a 7-figure business.
   
   You need to know where you stand, and that means looking at how much you’re making, how much you’re spending, and how much you will need to spend to get the support you need to hit that $1M+ mark.
   
   
2. Look at Your Workload
   
   Let’s be honest here – can you sustain your current workload? If you’re in your office 24-7, missing out on important things, and feeling like you can’t step away from your business for a second, you’re on the fast track to burnout. And at that point, can you really afford to NOT hire more team members?
   
   Your life, your happiness, and your health matter! If you can’t take the time to take care of yourself, that’s a sure sign that you need to make some changes so that your business can continue to grow without killing you in the process!
   
   
3. Make the Commitment
   
   Okay, you’ve looked at your numbers, you’ve assessed your workload, and you’re ready to do this thing. Don’t get scared now!!
   
   This is a HUGE leap, but you can’t be wishy-washy. You have to believe in yourself and know that you can do this. Now it’s time to get busy!
   
   Start with your team, because that will lighten your workload tremendously and give you the time and space to focus on your growth strategy. Work with your team to build out the rinse-and-repeat success systems that allow you to step away from your business and know that it will run smoothly.

When you get all of this in place – the support, the systems, and a team that ALWAYS has your back, that’s when next-level success begins!
