Problem: Your business model isn’t scalable.
Solution: If your business is going to grow, you need to be able to generate new leads, bring in new clients, and deliver a higher volume of products and services. If your current business model doesn’t allow you to do that, you’ll never be able to make the leap to the next level.
You have to figure out a business model that’s going to allow you to scale and do more – or, even better, do less and make more!

You can’t do it all on your own! There are only so many hours you can work and so many projects you can complete as an individual. If you want your business to grow, you have to add to your team. If you are the only person who can fill major roles in your business, you’re blocking your ability to scale.
Problem: Your current market doesn’t give you enough opportunities to bring in new clients.
Solution: If you’re selling a product or service that lots of people want, you’re on the right track – but you can’t stop there! Businesses rarely sell themselves. You’ve got to figure out how to get it in front of more people and build a system and team that can help you bring new prospects into that ecosystem.
