- Figure out what you TRULY want.
- Figure out who you REALLY are and be the authentic YOU.
Brana champions individuality and authenticity and encourages entrepreneurs to let their real selves shine. After all, she points out, blending in doesn’t make you excel or level up!

- Bring Your Excuses
Identify what you think is holding you back – but be warned – you might be surprised to discover that the things you THINK are holding you back oftentimes have the power to propel you forward!
- Who are you?
Play the adjective game. Choose 10 adjectives that you DON’T want to be, and 10 that describe who you REALLY are. This ups your authenticity and makes it easier to let the REAL you shine.
- Recognize the Abundance
There is enough business to go around. You don’t have to be someone you’re not and compete with everyone to get ahead.

- Learn from Success AND Failure
Motivation begins with action. You set goals, then you figure out the process and steps to get there. It won’t always work. Sometimes you’ll fail – but that’s an opportunity! Figure out what works and learn from what doesn’t.
- Keep Growing
You should keep learning and growing throughout your life, but you don’t have to do it by yourself. All the greats have coaches! Serena, Venus, and Tiger didn’t do it on their own!
You should constantly be learning, and you need a great coach to keep you in that mindset.
