I’ve been talking a lot lately about the 12 Pillars of Success. These cornerstone principles help you build a strong, sturdy business that’s set up for sustainable growth and long-term success. But building the framework for steady growth takes time, so let’s start with the four cornerstones that establish your infrastructure:

  1. A Bold, Visionary Leader

    That’s you! The captain of the ship, the top dog, the one who has the vision, the goals, and the plan to lead your team boldly into the future. You’re the one that steps up to the plate, communicates your vision clearly and effectively, and guides your team as they bring that vision to life.

  2. An Unstoppable Team

    You’re the general, and your team is the boots on the ground! They are carrying out your vision, handling the day-to-day of your business, and bringing brilliant ideas and insight to the table. They’re the ones who help you devise new strategies, streamline your operations, and make your processes more efficient. You can always rely on your team to keep your business running like a well-oiled growth machine, so you can step fully into your genius and focus on the future.

  3. Strong Systems and SOPs

    Your business is only as good as the systems that sustain it. Everything you do needs to be documented so it can be easily replicated. Creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) is the secret to rinse-and-repeat success. SOPs also clearly define roles and expectations for your team, making it easier for everyone to work together seamlessly to deliver exceptional results every time.
