Melanie says that reaching 7-figures success begins with one thing – making the decision.

Lots of business owners WANT to reach 7-figures, but they spend too much time chasing every bright, shiny new idea rather than investing in the things that will get them to their goals.

Instead of trying every strategy under the sun and hoping it will work, Melanie advises entrepreneurs to narrow their focus, and commit to doing what it takes to make the leap to the next level.

She shared some great tips for business owners who have made the decision to take their business to new heights:

• It’s not enough to just express interest in reaching big goals. You’ve got to commit to going after what you want – even when it’s uncomfortable or scary.
  
  
• Invest in the things that will advance your business today AND for years to come, like working with a high-end coach, hiring the right team, or taking the steps to become highly visible.
  
  
• Sticking with the strategies that got you to your current level won’t move you forward. When you set a bigger goal, you must create new strategies to get there.
  
  
• Know who you are and what problems you solve and stick with it! Don’t try to be everything to everybody. Build your authority in your area of expertise.
  
  
• When you’re investing in yourself or your business, there’s one question you should ask, “Will this move me towards my goal?” If the answer is yes, you know you’re making a smart decision.
