Data reporting is a critical component of your marketing strategy, and you need a powerful dashboard that can gather, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources.

There are tons of apps that help you manage your data in one easy to use location. But with so many options to choose from, how do you pick the best choice for your business?

I’ve got you covered!

We’re going to hit the highlights of 5 of my favorite analytics tools and dashboard apps, starting with the top dog of the analytics options:

  • Google Analytics

When you want something that’s both powerful and reliable, anything Google is a good place to start. Google Analytics provides a VERY in-depth look at your website performance, and it integrates with Google’s marketing platforms and many others.

You can choose built-in options like sessions or session duration, page views, conversions, or bounce rate, or create custom metrics. Google Analytics offers a lot of features that you can alter to fit your business’s unique needs, like custom audiences, data segments, and multiple reporting options.

  • DataStudio

The best thing about DataStudio is that it’s completely free! It’s supports more than 500 data sources, so chances are it will include all the sources you’re currently using.

You can choose from DataStudio’s templates, or one of the user-submitted templates. And there are templates for EVERYTHING. DataStudio lets you customize the look of reports as well. Pick your colors, and fonts, add external content like Google docs, Google Sheets, or video links, and wow your stakeholders or clients!

  • Cyfe.com

Cyfe.com is a great all-in-one app for monitoring and analyzing all your business data in one place. Cyfe.com doesn’t just track your ad performance, or your web traffic- it looks at ALL aspects of your business. It can pull data from advertising, email, sales, monitoring, finance, SEO, support, and web analytics accounts.

If you’re looking for a dashboard that can really give you the big picture of your business, Cyfe.com can do it. It’s easy to use, saves you tons of time, and makes it super easy to track your growth and performance.

  • Domo

Domo is also a good choice for businesses of all sizes. It connects to over 1,000 data sources, so you’re almost guaranteed to have everything you use covered.

One of the coolest things about Domo is its AI capabilities. It can take your current data and use it to predict future performance. Domo has lots of customizable reporting options, and they allow you to track performance goals so they can identify and alert you to any anomalies. They’ve also got a great mobile app that allows you to access your data anytime and anywhere.

  • Qlik Sense

Qlik Sense has been around for a while, but it’s done a great job of evolving over time to meet customer needs and adapt to constantly changing technology. It’s designed to be used by any member of your team regardless of their skill level. You don’t have to be a tech genius to use it to combine, lead, visualize or explore your data.

It’s got really cool interactive charts and tables that make it fast and easy to explore any segment of your data. It’s a good option for those that really like to see a visual representation of their data and a map of their performance.

These are great options to start with, but there are tons more to choose from. If you don’t feel like any of these are exactly what you’re looking for, do a little research to see what else is out there- you’ll definitely find one that is the perfect fit!
